Pre registration required for San Domenico meet 10/22 @ 4:30

Hello,

The San Domenico meet is requiring all the kids to pre-register.  Apparently the cross country program has deep pockets because they run a micro-chip timing system (as opposed to white sticky labels).  

They will not accept day-of entries, so please reply to me with the following information for your child:

Name, age & grade.

I advise everyone to sign-up, unless you are absolutely certain that your child will not be able to participate.  It the child does not run in the meet it will not be a problem.

Plus, with this information, I will be finally be able to build a complete list of information for our team.  I apologize for the fragmented information flow, but for whatever reason the list I received from SA parks & rec wasn't complete and had several errors.

Dear Wade Thomas Cross Country Families,

The dates of our meets have been set.  

1. Tues., Sept. 24th Ross Valley Invitational at White Hill School (We help host this meet; Will need parent volunteers)

2. Tues., Oct. 22nd Panther Classic at San Domenico School

3. Tues., Oct 29th Marin Horizon's Blackie's Pasture Run in Tiburon

Times to be set soon.  Kids car pool to the meets.  

Tuesday, September 24th meet information:

• Meet starts @ 4:30
• Arrive by 3:45 for warm-up
• We need drivers to carpool from school to White Hill
• We need parent volunteers to help with the meet
• We need parent photographers
